discount where we can provide our limited partners an internal rate of return in
the range of 15% to 25%. Our in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
and vast experience at repositioning poorly marketed or under-utilized
properties gives us a competitive advantage in the acquisition of such assets.
The general partners of Boston Investments have a combined 50 years of
experience in the acquisition, development, and management of income properties
in the Metropolitan Boston area.
